I was after socks with reinforced heels and toes to wear with my wellies. The socks not only fit the bill, they are also great quality, really soft, warm and comfortable. The socks were well packaged and arrived in a timely manner. I would buy from this company again
I placed an order for a pack of XL boxer shorts and a pack of sizes 6-11 men's socks. The order arrived on time and when stated and the pack of socks were exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately the boxers sent out were in a size small. The company have been good and arranged for a return and refund but because of their policy If I want the boxers in the correct size I would need to re order them. That's fine but I am not prepared to the £3 something delivery fee again. I paid the delivery fee the first time for 2 items and it's wrong that I am getting charged it again for a mistake not made by me. I therefore won't be using sockstack again.UPDATE:I have received a reply from sockstack who have offered to refund me my delivery cost. Im happy to update my review and i am happy with sockstacks quick response and resolution.
