We are a client for the past 2 years at SoftGamings.Were to start...It has taken over 2 years to create a Turnkey Casino. We paid a lot of money overall, including for additional functions to the casino.They use opensource github code, free to the public, outdated code overall, the sites are buggy, the staff are rude and blame us, they take multiple holidays, they simply do not care.Despite them taking 2+ years to create our site (which still has issues), they have demanded we only have 2 weeks to test the casino and that is it, then they will not launch it until we pay in full.They give you a max balance of around 5K EURO to test the entire site, you are not allowed any more FAKE money to test your OWN casino.Looking forward to seeing them at ICE LONDON to get to the bottom of this and hopefully leave them as soon as possible.
I would stay away from their white label or bitcoin casinos. And even any gambling sites that have slots integrated by Softgamings guys. Their "Risk management" team wouldn't simply let you win big. They can conduct extra KYC checks, prolong payouts and if you won't lose anything yourself they will just block your account and withheld all your money. That is exactly what happened to me today at Everum casino. And as I looked up on gambling portals - I'm not the only one experiencing this kind of a problem.
Very unprofessional provider.Outdated software, poor hosting and disastrous service made my customer experience here a nightmare.There are plenty of Casino Software providers on the market - stay clear of this one.Nothing is done in the agreed upon time frames. The technical solutions provided by softgamings are mediocre at best and the financial conditions are worse than with most other providers.
