If I could give Soft Gaming zero stars, I would. We paid $10,000 for a poker room that was never produced over a two-year period, and despite their constant delays and excuses, they outright refused to refund our money. Their lack of professionalism and communication was astounding—getting updates from them was like pulling teeth, and when they did respond, it was nothing but empty promises.On top of that, their shady invoicing practices and hidden fees made an already frustrating experience even worse. Costs would suddenly appear out of nowhere, and when we questioned them, we were met with vague responses or complete silence.Their ineptitude single-handedly imploded our online casino venture, setting us back years and causing significant financial damage. If you’re considering Soft Gaming for your online casino, run in the opposite direction. There are far better, more reliable companies out there. Save yourself the headache and go with ANYONE else.
