I participated in a two-day job, but after the first day, they announced they wouldn't return for three weeks. This left several businesses struggling with severely inadequate, sometimes non-functional internet, which is now in worse shape than before. Why commit to a two-day job if they can only complete one day and then leave for three weeks? This seems like either extremely poor service or a mismanagement of tasks. I tried reaching out to the technician multiple times but received no reply. How can they leave three businesses without internet for three weeks after an upfront payment was made?

Living in a remote area, we've struggled with our wifi for years. A representative came out, assessed our property, and recommended what we needed. The technician resolved everything, including the wifi coverage in our yard and for security cameras. It was hassle-free with excellent communication throughout. Highly recommend.
The service was top-notch from beginning to end. A representative addressed my concerns regarding poor supply issues and the lack of fiber options. I was prepared to switch to a more expensive service, but they sent an engineer to conduct a survey. The predicted speeds were exceeded, and the monthly cost turned out to be competitive. When I called, I was told it would take one to two weeks. No one followed up with me about the installation date, and when I called again, I was told it would be on a specific date. After multiple attempts to confirm, I received no response. I was left waiting on hold for extended periods, and at one point, my call was dropped. I paid for temporary internet and returned it, expecting to be connected today. Now, I still have no connection or updates. Very disappointing service.
