Took a chance ordering from this company in China, but they did not deliver the basketball shoes. They ignored my order and when I contacted them, they told me there were delivery problems without giving a reason and told me to contact the local post without telling me where to go. I paid for shipping and they wanted me to go pick up the shoes from some unknown location. Appalling lack of customer service. It was a mistake trusting this company. I may have to dispute the charge with my credit card provider now. What a complete waste of time.

Ordered a pair of basketball shoes for my son for the basketball season. Order was placed on November 13th,2025, delivery of shoes were made on November 26th 2025. My son wore these shoes for practice and games ONLY!
His shoes tore apart at the stitching of the sole on both shoes with a 4" tear. I emailed the company asking for an exchange for the shoes NOT a refund BUT exchange! There's a 60 day return policy with this company. I notified the company on January 29th 2026 3 DAYS AFTER the 60 day return policy. There answer to this was. "I'M SORRY THAT THIS HAPPENED, HOWEVER, WE HAVE A 60 DAY RETURN POLICY!!" HOWEVER, WE CAN GI E YOU A $30 CREDIT FOR YOUR NEXT PAIR OF SHOES......!" you've have got to be joking! Ik for a fact in past experiences from other companies, that if the date was that close for a return, I guarantee 💯 % they made right of it. Which, in turn, I have given them the business back to them 10 fold! All because of amazing customer service and standing by there product! Ik now, moving forward, i will NEVER purchase merchandise that has any ties to this company!!! Please use caution when purchasing ANYTHING from way of wade. DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU!!!! PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD!!!

My son loved his first pair of Way of Wade sneakers for volleyball, but he outgrew them They performed very well so he asked for another pair. I decided to purchase a pair to try myself as well. Although we ordered based on sizing recommendations and reviews, and we ordered a size up, both pairs were too small for us. Unfortunately, it costs a lot of money to ship them back and the company does not offer exchanges so you need to completely reorder, but customer service was really good about trying to find ways to cut the shipping cost for the returns and they were very quick to get back to me when I emailed.

Disappointing experience with the basketball shoes

Our son had been using the basketball shoes for around a month when the entire side of his right shoe completely tore apart. The company did not provide a replacement or a full refund, unlike what I've heard other brands typically do. We've had about seven pairs of similar shoes without any problems.

I had a great experience with the customer support team. Although there was a sizing issue with my order, the team responded promptly and managed the situation professionally and respectfully. Disappointing experience with these shoes.

I regret ordering these shoes. They took 4 weeks to arrive, and my son only wore them for less than a month before the left shoe tore while he was playing. The support team offered a $20 coupon, but I declined.

Great fit after exchange!

My son enjoys his new shoes. He did have to exchange them for a half size larger. We followed the sizing guide carefully when choosing the original size, but they ended up being too short. We measured multiple times. He is now satisfied with the half size up.
