The sales and installation process with the service was excellent, deserving of a 5-star rating. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly communicated all aspects of the product, including the monitoring feature. However, there is a significant gap in after-sales support, particularly within the Technical Department. A major concern is the difference between the advertised "monitored" product and the actual experience: instead of the team proactively identifying issues, customers must initiate contact to report problems. Additionally, response times from the Technical Department have been unsatisfactory, leading to frustration. While the initial experience was strong, improvements in technical support are essential to fulfill the product's promise and ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Our installation was completed quickly, and initially, everything seemed fine. However, we soon had birds roosting under the panels despite the installation including measures to prevent this issue. Despite repeated attempts by the staff to resolve it, pigeons returned. When they leave, they tend to deposit droppings on the front footpath, creating an unsightly health hazard. This issue has altered our perception of the service; I had initially given them a five-star review.
I ordered a solar system in October 2025, and while work started in early December, it remains incomplete with no expected finish until after 9th January. Communication and scheduling were poor, leading to constant delays and a lack of information for proper planning. Scaffolding was left up for over five weeks, including during Christmas. The installation was chaotic, with incorrect information and pressure to change the design on the installation day. Damage occurred during the install, with several roof tiles broken and unnecessary holes drilled. The Operations Manager indicated that the broken tiles would remain exposed for over five weeks. The design lacked the expected expertise, and a more effective layout was possible but never discussed. Overall, we are still waiting for completion, repairs, and removal of scaffolding. A very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend.
I spoke with a representative from the service and explained my requirements, specifically requesting no hard sell. This individual was open, straightforward, and very knowledgeable. As a result, within 15 minutes, I decided to proceed with the installation of roof panels, an inverter, and two batteries. A top-notch experience!
Kudos to the technicians for their efficient and prompt service. I recently lost internet connection to my solar panels for an unknown reason. With their assistance, the system was eventually restored. They were both knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process. Thank you!
Panels were installed, but scaffolding remains around my property even after the work is complete. There was little assistance in setting up the apps, and I’m unsure if they are functioning correctly. Payment was requested immediately, which I completed, but I have yet to receive the final completion certificate. Overall, a disappointing experience.
