Review Time
After initially feeling bit distrustful, I didn't need to feel worried. Solar frame turned up on time and all the work was finished to a high standard. All the workers were friendly and professional. Solar frame customer service was excellent. It's now 6 months since I had a roof added to my existing conservatory and I am more than pleased. It looks so good and I can now sit in my conservatory during the hot weather. No leaks or problems during unpleasant weather. For peace of mind I would recommend solarframe.
We had never heard of Solarframe until I found them on Internet doing a search on windows. We visited the showroom at Rotherham and was made welcome and not rushed or pressured. We came away after making an appointment for someone to come and give us a quote and from start to finish the service was excellent. From Sales Representative , Building Assesser to the Installation Team everything perfect. Apart from a bit of confusion about a payment but that was sorted very quickly. Mark ans Steve who came to install the windows were quick, efficient and very tidy. If they were not sure about something they asked to see if we knew or something else was being done.The windows and doors are perfect and it is the first time we have been sold something that we got explained they would. When we need a new porch door or window on inside of porch doing only one place we will go.Mark and Steve were friendly and had a laugh with you. Nothing was to much trouble and they are a fantastic team.
Totally reliable and extremely helpful. They were in touch constantly and explained what would happen. I had a contact number which I was able to use if I hard any questions. The teams of work men were all very professional and their work was of a very high standard. Well done Solar Frame you ve done an excellent job in fitting my new,extended patio doors.
Overall I found Solarframe good to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone, in fact I have recommended my son to use them.The only thing I would say is make sure you cross every t and dot every I as they did come back to me with an extra because there screws wouldn’t go into our ground so they charged an extra over for a concrete foundation.
From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble.Saj Ayub the design consultant that guided me through all the choices, no hard sales pitches ! Brilliant. .Mick & Alex the guys that came and fitted the windows and door, they were polite and did a great job. Well done.Then there was Julia, she was brilliant, any questions she answered, my contact throughout the whole episode of having replacement windows.Even when I had a problem with an item, it was quickly resolved.Great work you guys
Excellent company to deal with. Couldn’t fault communication, service, organisation and expertise.They dealt with the whole build for me from start to finish, all trades were handled by my Coordinator who called me to check all work was to my satisfaction on a very regular basis, sometimes daily. Kept me informed of timings, work schedule etc.Always rang back with the information when I had a query or needed an update. Product of highest quality and build was completed quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.
