We had a solid roof installed on our conservatory by SolarFrame in July 2025, complete with two large glass roof panels, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The installation team—Andy and Carl—were absolutely fantastic. They kept us informed throughout the whole process, were friendly, professional, and clearly took real pride in their work.The quality of the finish is excellent, and the difference the new roof has made is incredible. Our conservatory has been lovely and warm this winter, and the noise from the rain has gone from sounding like rocks hitting the old roof to a gentle patter. It’s completely transformed how we use the space.We would highly recommend SolarFrame, and a special thank you to Andy and Carl for doing such an outstanding job.
Brilliant service from the whole team at SolarFrame from sales to aftercare. Fitters Mark and Steve did an exellent job and our Co-Ordinator- Kat helped me with any questions. We had a damaged glass panel that was noticed before the install by the fitters, only a small chip, this was put in temporarily whilst a new bit of glass was made. This was replaced and installed in less than 48 hours. Definitely worth the premium.
Had 15 windows fitted by solar frame which both the quality of the windows and the installation was second to none.Connor our comany contact was on the ball throughout the installation and we new what was happening from day 1 Lads fitting the windows were very professional and polite and left the property very tidy leaving none of the old windows or off cuts or mess anywhere.Outstanding service through out the job cant fault this company in any way. Excellent service from start to finish Mark and Steve the fitters were very professional quick and efficient and tidied up after each day. We are really pleased with the quality of the windows they make such a difference and would definitely recommend Solar Frames.Our Co ordinator Kat was always on hand for enquires and all the scheduling went to plan.
We recently had windows and doors manufactured and fitted by Solar Frame. The whole experience from the very initial contact and then sales appointment through to the team coming in and fitting has been a positive one.What really has stood out is their honest and straightforward approach we experienced in our dealings with them.They did not try to upsell, in fact they were honest if they felt the change was not in your best interest and raised some valid and advisory points that we had not necessarily considered - thus being of detriment to the overall order, but was seen as being in our best interests.They were not aggressive or pushy in the sales function, they gave us the space to be able to go over the information and we were the ones to follow up - they certainly in my experience were adept at putting the customer first.Whilst Solar Frame are not the cheapest on the market the overall experience, quality of the product and the actual finish is excellent, I would certainly recommend to friends and family.
We can’t praise Solarframe highly enough.From our initial visit to the Leeds showroom through to sign off by the technical engineer the job was seamless.Every part of the process was notified well in advance so we knew who was coming and what time they were arriving thanks to the project management of the customer coordinator, who phoned every day to ensure, everything was ok and on schedule. Had our old conservatory replaced with a new one by SolarFrame. A very good job, and friendly workmen. There were a few niggles, but they were sorted out and we are happy with the installation. However, we would’ve been happier with more attention to detail, by the plasterer and installers as we are having to live with, although only slight, some compromises.
