—THIS HAS FINALLY BEEN RESOLVED (30/03/2025)—Conservatory was fitted on the property of the adjoining semi house. A circular saw was dropped from the conservatory roof while they were working. It came over the fence and shattered the glass on our outdoor dining table. This happened in November. We’ve made numerous phone calls and been made to do all the chasing for replacement glass. As of the 23 March it is still not sorted out. Beware if you are next door to a Solarframe installation that you’ve nothing they can damage. Ask for details of their third party liability insurance for in case there is a problem.
