Great overall experience from the first visit to the showroom to a completed roof. We were given regular updates as the work was moved due to the weather.Great team of fitters, electrician andplasterers.Can’t fault the overall service and I would highly recommend Solarframe.
From the day we visited the showroom village to the completion of our garden studio this company was first class. The company came out to measure up and give us information on our options. We then had time to consider all the combinations and settled on our studio. We agreed to the build and we were given a date in December. On Monday the 8th we had two lorry’s with our studio turn up bang on time and Alan and Liam made a start in the rain. By Friday it was water tight and first fixed with the electrics ready for the plasterboard to go in.Monday the plasterers arrived again on time boarded and skimmed the sparks second fixed and Friday we were complete. We then had a visit from solar frame to check everything and fit the vent covers and sign off the build.To say we are over the moon with everything this company has done is an understatement. Thank you very much to all involved can’t recommend them enough.Karen and Simon Johnson.
Overall a positive experience. The room looks good now and glad to have it done. Only slight frustration was that the pipes for my radiator in the room were moved by solar frame from the original position which my plumber (separate to Solar Frame) had left them leading to pipework that does not look as good as it should have been.
We had new windows fitted to our cottage. Good from start to finish, always keeping in touch to advise on progress of order to if we were happy with installation after day one.The guys who installed the windows did a fantastic job, using a trim inside the window to match up to walls, left no mess about, took all old windows away.Well impressed.
What a fantastic experience we had with Solar Frame. We had a conservatory roof replacement and the job could not have gone better. All of the different trades men completed a wonderful job. Steve, Wayne, Dean, Dayne, Garry, Charles, Terry & mate and Kat was there on the end of a phone line to co-ordinate a fabulous job. Thank you all.
From start to finish we were informed of who would be arriving and what time they were coming, very satisfied with the communication. Everyone who came to work on the conservatory were polite friendly and respected our property. Very pleased with the finished conservatory and the standard of work. We would definitely recommend solarframe.
The all went well from start to finish. One window was cracked. Had to remade was fitted within a week. Had one window was difficulty on handle done at same time. Had my conservatory reroofed by them also year before. Recommend them.
Excellent service yet again from Solarframe. Have used this company 3 times now over the years most recently for a replacement patio door . Mark and Steve completed the fitting to a very high standard with minimal disruption and left our home nice and clean and tidy. Would thoroughly recommend Solarframe for anyone looking for replacement windows, doors or a conservatory
From the very first consultation on the phone, to the appointment where we talked through our requirements, the measurement service and finally the fitting, everything went excellently. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the SolarFrame team and even though some of the panes of glass needed to be replaced due to tiny blemishes, everything was dealt with superbly and efficiently. Kat ensured we were kept up to date at all times, questions into Saj before we even got measured up were answered helpfully and promptly and Dean and Dane have to be the best fitters ever! Their attention to detail was first class. Lastly Carl did a quick, fantastic job finishing off the last few bits and pieces. Will definitely be using them again! Thanks so much.
