I bought a pair of shoes from the company and need to return them due to the wrong size. They did not provide a return label that I had paid for. Over the past few days, they've claimed they're addressing the issue at a higher management level, but I don't understand why they can't simply create a label manually or reimburse me for returning the shoes through another service. I'm very disappointed with the customer service and want to return the shoes for a refund as soon as possible. I hope they aren't trying to delay my return within the 14-day period to avoid giving me a full refund. I wouldn't recommend shopping online with this company, as they are slow to resolve issues and seem to expect customers to cover the costs of their mistakes.
