Review Time
Ordered a 32 oz. bottle of insecticide from Solutions Pest & Lawn. After opening the box, I saw that some of the contents had spilled out. The shipping box was in good condition with no crushed corners. I unscrewed both caps and found one seal slightly peeled on the one cap that was not tightly screwed. Approx 1/5th of the contents spilled inside the box. The representative blamed the MFR and shipper and stated nothing will be done since I apparently declined insuring it.
We placed and paid for an order with Solution Pest & Lawn, only to be told later that they are refusing to fulfill it because we didn’t purchase bait stations from them. This decision came directly from the president of the company, which makes it even more disappointing. We were never told that buying additional products was a requirement to receive what we already paid for.This is unethical and unacceptable business practice. You cannot take payment for an order and then cancel it because the customer doesn’t purchase something else. We will not be doing business with them again and do not recommend this company to any other pest control professionals who expect transparency, integrity, and professionalism.
Ordered a 3/4-inch hose. Its interior was the correct size, but its exterior is 1/8 inch thick, making it too large for my hose reel. It was never fully removed from the package and never used, as the size difference was obvious upon arrival; it was not as advertised on the website. I requested return instructions and was told they could not take it back due to its nature—an absolute bogus response and terrible customer service. There are plenty of other companies to choose from. Bad business equals bad review. One star, as they did not even try to solve the problem or make amends. If I treated my clients the way they treated me, I would be out of business. Too bad they can easily hide behind a computer screen.
As several here have stated, I would give zero stars if I could.I was burned by this company for over $100. I declined the insurance and they, in my opinion took that opportunity to short my order by several pieces. My order should have included 6 pieces of insecticide but I only received 2. The package should have weighed 8+ pounds but FedEx reported just over 5 pounds at shipment. I immediately reported this to the company but they sent me the policy regarding the insurance waiver.I went to the FedEx website to report the missing items, but this sneaky company uses a shipping technique "Smart Post" that does not allow the end user to file a claim. Only the shipper can file a claim.I reached out to Solutions Pest and Lawn, requesting they file a claim for me, but now they no longer return my text or email requests. I will post this review on every forum I can to hopefully prevent others from falling into their trap!
I should’ve took time and read the reviews on this Company. I ordered Catan plus and it was supposedly damaged in shipping. I paid for the shipping, but this company also want me to buy insurance on the shipping. Half of the order did not get delivered so that because I did not buy the insurance on the shipping even though I paid for the shipping, they are not going to a refund or replace anything in order. This is a crooked company. Stay away from this company or you will suffer the same loss of hundreds of dollars like I did.
I ordered 2-2.5 gallons jugs of Round up pro as well as 1-2.5 gallon jug of Ranger Pro. And paid $61.00 in shipping for ground. The round up made it to me but the Ranger Pro did not. Customer service told me it was damaged in transit and that the manufacturer packages it poorly in the first place and that I did not purchase insurance on the item. WHAT? I never saw an option to purchase insurance but what e-commerce site suggest that you purchase insurance on items you buy from them but this company??? First I have ever seen or heard of this. Any way they told me they would not be refunding my $$ or re-shipping the item. I simply want what I paid for. I mentioned to them, how do I know it didn’t leave your warehouse damaged?? They swore it didn’t but yet no proof. They also have not provided pictures of damage from fed-ex. I would have never shipped fed-ex in the first place with their horror story’s and failures but that is who they choose to do business with. Buyers be aware!!!! You may or may not waste your hard earned money!!! You may or may not get what you paid for! I just handed over roughly $86 to them with nothing to show for it!!! I ordered two separate products at different times. I received the latter first. For the first one, I see on the USPS tracking number that it is lost at the Atlanta mail facility. The guys at Solutions made good on it. These guys have been excellent communicators and honest. I would do business with them again. They also offered me a very good price
