Pre emergent came in a plastic bottle that was shipped in a plastic envelope with no padding. Lid on product was off when delivered and leaked into the envelope and my mailbox. Customer service refused to replace the product and said I should have paid for the insurance. USPS subsequently sent me a letter instructing me to take the packaging to the post office or they might disallow the claim that I had supposedly made. Turns out that the company filed a claim to get the refund of the damaged product even though they would not make a refund to me. I contacted my credit card company to file a claim but have not heard the resolution to that. Solutions Pest did finally give me a credit as "a one time courtesy". Their filing of a claim for a loss that I was to sustain is in my opinion completely fraudulent.
I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with their shipping and delivery practices. A company that cannot guarantee the safe delivery of its products should reconsider maintaining an online storefront.Their policy of charging customers an extra fee for a “delivery warranty” is not only unreasonable but misleading—especially when it’s the carrier’s responsibility to ensure shipment delivery. What’s worse, their packaging practices are clearly subpar, which means that even when damage occurs in transit, the carrier rightfully refuses to honor the warranty due to insufficient packaging.This leaves the customer in an unacceptable position: paying extra for a warranty that is essentially void from the start, with no accountability on their end.If their packaging and fulfillment process cannot meet basic standards for secure delivery, then they should either correct the issue immediately or reconsider offering shipping at all. At the very least, the burden of risk should not fall entirely on the customers.
Bought 6 aerosol cans of wasp spray. Box arrived without any damage. Found one can had the cap laying in the box and the top of the aerosol can had broken off. Called retailer and they said they could not help me as I did not buy the shipping insurance. I told them the product was damaged due to insufficient packing and that was on them. Ask to speak to a manager and was denied. Disputed it on my credit card and received an immediate credit.
Ordered a Weed and Grass killer last week, the product was completely smashed and leaked through the entire box they put it in. I emailed them to ask about a replacement or issue a refund to see an option. They declined and said you should order shipping insurance. Could someone please explain to me who orders insurance for a gallon of weed killer to be shipped to them? This company is a perfect example of Shit Customer Service. DO NOT order anything from them because you cannot trust to receive it. I also was victim of "we do not have the other product you ordered" non-sense, why don't you update your website to say not in stock then. Please stay away from this company.
This company has no concern for how they ship liquid product. Nothing to protect the container. Management could care less about feedback. They put the responsibility on the USPS. I received a chemical soaked box, an empty bottle of product, and a bill for $90. Good job Solutions Pest & Lawn.
I ordered four bags of Heritage G fungicide granules these bags come from the manufacturer vacuum packed. I received four bags two bags per box delivered via FedEx. I opened each box and all four bags had a puncture mark in the bottom with a ballpoint pen. Needless to say the bags were no longer vacuum packed. I contact the company and they said they do this with all the bags where they will fit in the box. I am sure the manufacturer of Heritage G does not know about their practices because when air hits this product it will get hard as a Brick in a very short time.
My package got delivered to the wrong address. I add on shipping insurance just in case my package got lost or damaged. They told me that there nothing they can do about once it got delivered. Buy at your own risk. I rather pay a couple bucks more on Amazon. If something happens to my package, they will credit me right away.
