Love the Sonic Brush! Brush design is attractive and feels good in the hand. Teeth feel really clean every time. Like that it gets all the teeth at once and is simple to use. Gum massage and whitening modes are nice plusses. Had some initial problems with the charger but the customer satisfaction team was all over it.
I saw the Sonic Brush online and decided to order one, just to try it. My husband was immediately jealous so he ordered one too. We both have been using it for a few months now. It makes brushing a little quicker and easier. The only challenge we have learned to manage better is keeping the motor and charger parts dry between use..
Overall the product is great! Order and delivery experience was smooth and arrived within a reasonable time. Pros, the design and the overall concept are great and what drew me to the purchase product. This didn't change after I received it. For me personally, it takes more than the recommended 30 sec for the level of cleaning that I am looking for it actually takes 2- 30 sec pushes of the button. Con- if you use a cream based toothpaste there is always a residue after the brush that I have to then take the time to thoroughly clean after every use. I didn't need to do this with a regular brush. Will I use this product again, definitely! I do hope they take the feedback and improve the product. thanks!
I bought it for my son who has autism I couldn't get him to brush his teeth long enough . That changed when I got the brush,we have come to a stage where he's doing it himself that is a big step for him I thank you for that. N.A.
A great product - love the silicone bristles which seem delicate / easier on the tooth enamel than regular plastic bristles. Also, love the moon shape - which allows me to brush almost the entirety of the mouth at the same time. Sometimes I run through 2 cycles! :) Apart from that, shipping, etc. came as it should. Amazing customer service - I had an issue with a charger after a few months use - they sent me a new charger. Overall really great end-to-end experience and great product!
