The AI tool isn't as good as it could be. Put my name as the business name. Put in a photo over another photo (at an angle so that the original photo's heads were cut off) Not a lot of room to place a logo at times. Just arbitrarily put in a logo that's not mine. I just started with it, so I'll see. FYI...I am a professional photographer.
The video ads are terrible! The way the system is rigged works against the users instead of for them. Credits are wasted each time before users have a chance to review the work before deciding if it's worth the cost or not. Although customer service is great to refund the credits once it's proven the ads suck, it's a real pain in the arse to go to these guys over and over again for a problem that shouldn't exist.
I've also tried other variants of video ads. They're also bad. The only thing Zeely is good for is image ads, but you also have to be careful there.
Overall, this is a good program. But if you are not savvy with this kind of program, you may be in trouble.
All of my first created ads failed to post. No knowledge of what the reason was. I have not been able to connect with any help. Thus I have spent many hours with only a little success posting to social media.
I signed up for Zeely to market my new online store. What it did well: the AI ad creation was strong. Prompting correctly was important and it is frustrating that the outputs can't be edited (so a great ad that just has an AI typo can't be edited and is therefore useless), but most of the outputs were of high quality. What it DID NOT do well: the paid advertising functionality is unclear at best and deceptive at worst. It doesn't show your Ads under your brand, but under "Zeely Marketplace" and linking them to a "zee store" not your website. So your business actually does not get the follows or the website traffic - their sites do. I paid $100 in ad spend and ended up with 5 "leads" - names and email addresses of people who visited my "zee store" and supposedly indicated some level of interest, but I have no way to verify this information and they didn't make it to my website to actually purchase. I'm not a lead gen business - my goal was website sales. So that $100 was wasted. If you need help with creatives, it's great but a bit expensive for AI image gen. If you believe the ads they run that "letting AI run my Ads gave me hundreds of sales this month", that was not my experience.
This is an excellent site to make ads for your business or a small selling platform. What makes it excellent is the ease of use. You will be thrilled with the quickness and easy to use platform. Download the ads and use them when you need them. I've received wonderful feedback from my Zeely ads.
Great Product! Copy your prompts so that you can replicate your work, make subtle changes, and stay on Brand, especially if the AI generates your prompt. I would suggest generating your own visual prompts and "first visual" for the video workflow to establish and maintain control of your Brand Voice.
Signed up and decided I wanted to cancel and never used it. Wasn’t able to log on and do as every time I tried to log on it wanted me to set up ads, there was no way to get to the settings to cancel. So emailed customer service and dealt with someone with a name (not allowed to mention names on here or they remove the feedback) anyway long and short of it was he said don’t worry and confirmed it was cancelled. Fast forward 1 month and I’ve just received another notification that they are taking another payment. WT…. Absolutely livid. So I would warn you that if you join, it’s very hard to cancel. They deliberately make it hard to keep getting a monthly payment. Bunch of cowboys.
Results look actually quite good, although I've not tried the ads on social media yet. Linking their efforts to Instagram requires a paid IG account, so manual posting is cheapest.
They use AI to generate some pretty appropriate images, although it's perhaps not as easy to keep the title of the book (in my case) mentioned.
Their IG ad says that one can upload an eBook once. I've not found where that's possible or even hinted at.
It's an opinion in progress, so far as I'm concerned.
Was expecting this to link to my websote and start generating ads, but I sytill had to spend considerable time "creating". Price was way too high, and way above what their ads seem to indicate. Hd edit sript for AI vids as it could not really read the data supplied. The static ads were below what I could create myself in something like canva. Not for me this one.
The subscription structure feels entirely predatory. After the free trial concludes, they charge an exorbitant $80 weekly, which is unacceptable. When attempting to contest this, they only provide a partial refund and rely on their terms and conditions for cover. It’s baffling, especially when the lowest plan is advertised at $30. They seem to be counting on unexpected charges to maximize profit. I highly advise steering clear of this service.
