The delivery guy was equally polite and very helpful. The beds were very well packaged, ensuring there were no marks, and easy to assemble using the guidance on the website. Two great purchases, thank you!! My experience makes so soft beds easy to recommend. I’ve nothing other than positive feedback.

Really nice bed, I’m pleased with it.It took 5 weeks which was not a problem for us, but no communication in the first 4 weeks after order was a bit concerning.I couldn’t reach sosoftbeds first but they called me back straight away and they were really helpful, so after that all went smoothly.
