Being able to design your own bed was very helpful.After a slight delay with samples, possibly down to postal service, Adam sent out further samples and the rest of the transaction went smoothly.I chose the depth of base, fabric and headboard placed the order and was told it had been dispatched within 2 weeks. Delivery was by a very helpful and friendly courier.The only criticism is the website used by the courier is somewhat frustrating as the tracking doesn't work which had me worrying for a few days but all came good in the end.

Ordered two ottoman double beds. One arrived damaged (burst cover, muddy bed base) which we only spotted when transported to the 3rd floor. The same base had no pistons. Spoke to Customer Support who sent the pistons and a spare foot, as one had broken, within 2 days. Request for a discount for the damaged unit was ignored. Quality of the beds seems really good, pleased overall.
