Ordering a custom bed was easy and I received confirmation by email straight away. Everything was smooth sailing for the first week however wait time was longer than stated; by over a week. I was phoned by company once to arrange delivery however I missed the call and they did not leave a message or try to phone again. I then tried to message and email to arrange delivery but received no response. Eventually I did manage to get a call back days later (after phoning twice) and delivery was arranged for 3 days following. Bed was brought up to the bedroom and everything was great. Easy to assemble and great quality all round. Would definitely purchase again despite the issues with communication
I bought a double ottoman bed with a headboard and gel topped mattress. I was impressed with the customer service I received, and was helped in choosing the right bed for me. The delivery drivers were excellent. If I was to buy anything else, I would not hesitate to buy from this company again.
We ordered two beds, a single and a double ottoman with extra storage and yhey are everything we hoped. The extra height ottoman makes it easier to get out of bed (yes, we're starting to get to a more mature age) and provides a lot more storage. We also ordered a bedhead which wasn't with the beds. No problem, we were back in touch with the company and it was here within a few days, no hassle.
