AVOID THIS CON!!I ordered a small, and it was way too small for me and went too far up my bum, wedgie central - and then I returned it - the hygiene sticker on and everything. I then followed up for a refund, and they wrote to me telling me the swimsuit was extremely dirty and that they cannot issue me a refund. But they could send it back to me. I couldn't even believe how they managed to do that, as I tried it on once. I asked for photos to prove it - I didn't hear back. I wrote to them 3 more times, then someone called Gemma - wrote and told me she had "already written to me once before" and then "attached the photos" - I have never had an email from her, it wasn't in our chain back and forth and there were no photos attached even though she claimed to. I would avoid this company at all costs. Still haven't received my refund, nor my swimsuit back at all because I still don't believe it was dirty so i'd rather re-sell it to try to get money back. What is wrong with people.
Ordered a few items from this brand which were delivered quickly but were all too small. I sent back for a refund using their process the next day, and recieved an email to say they had recieved my return and a refund would be processed within 7 days. Their website guidance says 14, so I have waited 2 weeks and have heard nothing and had no refund. I've tried emailing, using the chat bot and reaching out via social media and have heard nothing back - they have completely ignored me across all platforms. I am starting to worry (looking at other reviews) that I won't be getting my £100+ refund at all/for months?? I would never buy from here again which is a shame because the products themselves are lovely!
I love Soso Swim. The bikinis & one pieces are super flattering and have always worked out great size wise for me by following the guides on their website. They have even more designs now and really fun colour combinations, I am an autumn/winter gal but this swimwear makes me want summer all year x
I have three bikinis and one swimsuit, they all fit really well and look so cute. Definitely the best I’ve ever tried. I always feel confident in them. Had an issue with one bikini top breaking after three wears, I contacted them and was offered a replacement. Even though it did take some time to process, I did get a replacement with little issues.
