This is my second review to warn people not to order from this company. My Dad passed away in October, so I order jewelry with his fingerprint for xmas gifts. I never received the order. After four phone calls and two emails to the company I was told Fed Ex picked up the jewelry but does not show it was delivered. They opened a claim with Fed Ex. The claim with Fed Ex was closed on 1/29/26. I was told they would issue a replacement. It is now three weeks later, 2/19/26 and I still don't have my replacement. I have sent several messages to find out the status of my replacement. I have been told they will provide an update and the tracking information for the replacement by the end of the day or the next day, but I have not received any update as of today.

I had 2 separate orders 1 being $124.43 order #1247406 which was for engraving, pictures installed in locket and an 18" Sterling Silver Chain. The 2nd for $151.43 order #1249504 was the purchase of a Sterling Silver Heart locket. The 2 orders were to be combined and sent to me. I only received the locket bare with nothing on it. Pictures of Gold refused to refund my $124.43 for a service I paid for that they did not provide.

I am writing to formally document my unresolved dispute with Pictures on Gold, (Alyvia and Danny, Heartsmith, Sacred Medals) regarding a defective product and the company’s failure to provide an appropriate remedy. This company has multiple names that they go back and forth between to cover their fraudulent business. (listed above)

In December, I purchased a personalized bracelet from this company as a Christmas gift. Upon delivery, the bracelet was defective and arrived broken. I promptly contacted customer service to report the issue and requested either a replacement or a refund, consistent with standard consumer protection expectations for merchandise that is damaged upon receipt.

At the company’s direction, we returned the defective bracelet and have retained full documentation of all correspondence, return authorization details, shipping confirmation, and proof of delivery. Despite complying completely with their return process and allowing ample time for resolution, as of February 7th, we have not received a replacement product or a refund.

Multiple good-faith attempts have been made to resolve this matter directly with the company. However, no satisfactory resolution has been provided. We are left without the product and without reimbursement.

Retaining payment for merchandise that was defective upon delivery and subsequently returned raises serious concerns regarding basic consumer protection standards and acceptable business practices.
Do NOT buy from this company!

Disappointed with warranty policy

I purchased a sterling silver cross pendant along with a 1.5mm box chain and was initially pleased. However, after wearing it for just four months, one of the box links on the chain broke. When I reached out for a warranty replacement, I was informed that coverage only lasts for the first month. Their website suggests that repairs for damaged items are evaluated on a case-by-case basis up to a year, which led me to believe I would be covered longer. I am very disappointed, especially since I've only owned the necklace for a short time. Additionally, they want to charge me nearly half the price of the chain for the repair.

Disappointing Experience with Personalized Earrings

I ordered personalized softball earrings for my granddaughter, and they arrived on time, beautifully wrapped for Christmas. However, they weren't taken out of the box until several days later. Upon opening, I found one earring had a broken post and the other was bent. I reached out to customer service and sent pictures of the damage. After a few days, they offered to repair the earrings for $15 plus shipping, which I found unacceptable. It's frustrating to pay good money only to be asked to cover repair and shipping costs. They should have replaced the product and shipped it to me at no charge. I regret not checking their reviews beforehand; over 90% mention defective products and unhappy customers. Additionally, contacting customer service was a hassle, as calls went to a full voicemail. The only way to reach them was by selecting the purchasing extension. Overall, this was a waste of time and money. I wish I could give zero stars!

Extremely poor service and product quality. Avoid at all costs!

The quality of service and product is the worst I have ever encountered. This feels like a scam! They do not accept returns despite claiming they do. I regret spending $250 on a completely worthless product.

Disappointing Experience with a Christmas Order

I ordered a double-sided scapular medals set as a Christmas gift on December 16, 2025, paying an extra $49 for overnight shipping to ensure it arrived in time. It was delivered on December 18, 2025, but both medals were one-sided with the reverse sides blank. I called on December 19, 2025, and emailed pictures of the blank medals; they promised to send a replacement overnight. However, I never received any email confirming the replacement was sent. When I called again on December 22, 2025, I was told there was no record of any shipment. They assured me once more that a replacement would be sent, but again, there was no email acknowledgment. By December 24, 2025, I still had no replacement and no communication from the seller, which was particularly frustrating given it was meant to be a Christmas gift. I attempted to call the seller again, but there was no answer. Customer service has been lacking, with promises made but not fulfilled.
