Awesome product and easy return services. I purchased one of the swimming costumes for my girlfriend, originally in a small size which turned out to be too small (my error reading the measurement table). The return process was super simple and I was able to order and receive the replacement in only a few day, and a really quick refund process. My girlfriend and her friends all adore and recommend this brand so much and I can see why. Sustainably sourced, cute swimwear with amazing colour-ways. I would totally recommend buying from here and wholeheartedly believe the bad experiences listed on trustpilot are not representative of the overall quality of SoSo Swim products or service. Will definitely buy again.
Love love the swimsuit I got, I had ordered a different colour at first but it wasn’t for me so was able to send back and reorder a different colour and was all very easy. The swimsuits are so soft and the colour is exactly the same as shown on the website. Love everything this company stands for!!
Tried a full piece, was okay. The fabric was thin (should be lined, but its not), didn't quite fit and epic camel toe. Excitedly tried a bikini set but as soon as a went to adjust the bikini top, it completely snapped. Flimsy. There are better brands out there. The bikini top was a bad fit too. the sizing if way off. Have had to email the Soso swim team multiple times to ensure that they have received both of my returns.
The swimming costume looks good, is very flattering and the material feels high quality however within 2 wears the stitching came undone. The swimming costume is not designed for practical wear at all. Even a bit of movement puts me at risk of exposing myself. I have no idea how people go surfing in this without public indecency. I got the size based on the brand guidance so I dont think it is simply a sizing issue. The swimming costume looks great but unfortunately I cant use it for much more than sun bathing
I paid £160 for a bikini and a swimsuit. The bikini arrived with the wrong bottoms, and the swimsuit had visible marks all over the lower area. It was clearly worn and absolutely unacceptable.I contacted their website chat immediately but received no response for two days, so I reached out via Instagram. I was eventually emailed by customer service and instructed to return the items through their portal, selecting “faulty” and explaining the issue in the notes. I did exactly that and was led to believe I would receive a refund.This morning, I received an email saying my refund was being refused because the item was “dirty.” The item was dirty when it arrived — that is the entire reason I returned it. It’s extremely concerning that items are being sent out without proper quality checks.I have been chasing this issue for four weeks through emails and messages, only to be met with inconsistent communication and no resolution. I was initially told I would receive a refund, and now I’m being denied one. The whole process has been messy, unorganised, and incredibly disappointing, especially from a small business that promotes high standards.I am still waiting for this to be resolved, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this company.
Dodgy business. Item didn't ship for ages, and when I asked to cancel my order because I was moving, they completely ignored and stalled, then continued to ship out my order after acknowledging that I had cancelled it. Customer service is terrible, they will take ages to reply
