I knew this suit was on back order so I wasn't surprised it took so long. That said, the communication was good from customer support! The xs is too small and I can't return it because I removed the liner, but the suit is super cute so I'm bummed.
Shipping was fast despite living in Hawaii and the package needing to go through customs! The packaging is all sustainable and each piece coming in the small drawstring bags is great! I still use them to stash my suit before/after the beach 😊The suits themselves are amazing, high quality, SUPER flattering, and the added bonus of the brands main selling point, sustainably made.I’ve kept coming back for more because I love the message and love the way I feel in the various styles I have
Honestly so gutted about this experience as this took some mulling over to spend this much money on swimwear. I received no delivery details so queried where my order was, which they explained they'd got their stock levels wrong and would I like to amend my order to colours that were in stock. Due to the quick nature of that communication, I thought, why not? I should've just cut and run there. Since amending the order, I'm yet to hear anything about delivery and have been emailing and messaging their AI Bot every day but not received any response. Such a disappointing experience that I imagine will be a long and gruelling effort to get my money back. If I were you, I wouldn't risk it!
Have to leave another review as finally received my order after 8 weeks. Order was 3 bikini tops (2 large, 1 medium). Before sending I asked them to take the medium top off as knew this wouldn't fit, and thought refund would be processed before I received the order.They're now asking me why I want the money back for the medium top despite being told I would get a refund and it wasn't sent in the parcel so obviously I never received it. All confirmed in an email thread with their Info@ email address and yet I'm still being asked what I'm talking about.Honestly, I will never shop here again. Seems all their money is spent on marketing which is great to get the brand out there but when the customer service is this poor - as in I have never experienced anything like it, I would suggest reinvesting in to customer service.I will await the rightful refund for the 3rd bikini top and look forward to not having to deal with this company again.
I’ve purchased two of their swimsuits, and I love them both! The quality are amazing, and they are very flattering. My bikini did take a while to ship, and I did end up having to message them. The customer service responded quickly and were able to resolve any issues I had.
I pre-ordered a small one-piece, which took about 3-4 weeks to arrive (in line with what they said when I made the order). It was unfortunately too small, but it was very easy to process the refund & exchange it for a larger size. I love the cut of the suit itself. The medium is still a tad tight on the hips, so if you're on the fence, I'd size up.
I really wanted to love this brand, but the experience has been, honestly, awful. I placed my order and waited patiently for 4 weeks before reaching out. Knowing they’re a small business, I tried to be understanding. When I first contacted them for an update, I received no clear dispatch date. A week later, I followed up again, and no response, even though the message was seen.When the order finally arrived, it was wrong. I ordered a top and a bottom, but received two pairs of bottoms, one of which was a completely random style. I’ve since contacted them twice more and tried reaching out on social media. Still no response. It’s now clear I’m not the only one this has happened to; I’ve seen multiple customers mention receiving incorrect orders and being ignored.Really disappointing experience. At this point, I don’t want a replacement; I just want a refund.
