Excellent service and great quality bags. I contacted Lappella by phone to request next day delivery to purchase a crossbody bag and phone bag for my holiday, the service was amazing and my order was despatched immediately and arrived in the morning the following day. The Ella crossbody is a perfect size with multiple pockets and suitable for day or night and a lovely soft leather. The Mia phone bag was perfect for travelling and gave easy access to my phone, wallet and passport whilst in the airport and then easily fitted into my under seat bag, this allowed full baggage options of both under seat and cabin bag.
I bought my wife a dark blue "The Amy" Lappella handbag for Xmas. She says it is the perfect size for carrying everyday items. For its size, which is not too big, the design is capacious with no fiddly catches just zip fastenings, and it is certainly the best handbag she has ever owned. I have just ordered another one in pearl colour this time for her summer use. The service received from Paul was excellent.
