As suspected, insurance is a money making scam!Had to cut short a holiday due to family emergency after 5 days. Unable to reach insurance whilst abroad via phone or website. Upon return to UK sat on the phone waiting to speak to a representative. Apparently because the dying individual isn’t legally related to me, or a close business associate the insurance doesn’t cover cutting short our trip by a week, or the costs of emergency flights. Not surprised, but rather concerned. I went with this company as I had a medical procedure 18 months ago. Hope that I never need to use them for my own health concerns. Will avoid in future.
