They are stealing money from your account even when travel insurance is cancelled.I have contacted them two years ago to cancel my insurance (as they renewed mine automatically ) and I still receive now an email saying that it’s due to end (which means it was not cancelled) and is about to renew again. This is pure harassment and money scam.
