I purchased a high-end Samsung TV from Spatial Online which developed a serious fault (blank screen with sound) within days of delivery. I followed all procedures promptly, including troubleshooting and returning the TV within their 30-day window.Despite acknowledging the possibility of an intermittent fault, Spatial refused to replace the unit because they couldn’t replicate the issue in their short-term testing. I was then forced to accept a refund rather than a replacement, not by choice, but because they refused to stand behind their product.Throughout this process, I experienced:Almost 2 weeks without a product after returning it. Slow and vague communication. Constant shifting of responsibility to couriers or "policy", And no real ownership of the inconvenience caused.Their emails were polite, but the actions behind them reflected a lack of accountability and customer focus. They even framed my refund as a goodwill resolution, despite it being a legal obligation, and misrepresented my clear request for a replacement.This experience has left me with zero confidence in their after-sales service, and I would not recommend them to anyone purchasing premium products where proper support matters.
Looking for the Miele C1 Flex for some time and finally found it on sale on Spatial Online at the cheapest I had seen it Ordering was easy and delivery was quick with comms from ordering to delivery very good Great experience using Spatial Online as if never heard of them before but will definitely check them out again in future
