Refused to deliver to neighbour even though I was authorising on the phone to the delivery driver. Never made clear that this was not an option before delivery. Customer service team then very rude and unhelpful leading in further delays to deliver.Have learnt my lesson and will not be using this company again.
Needed a new vacuum cleaner and wanted a Miele Cat & Dog as we have had one for 20 years. Out of all the online offers Spatial had the best price and as it turned out the best service too!Kept us informed of order progress and item arrived on time and delivery was perfect. Would definitely use Spatial again as I see now they do lots of other electrical goods
