I ordered my new Television from Spatial Online, my order was confirmed a day later, it arrived 3 days after I ordered it?! It's perfect and I have no issues with either the seller, the product or the delivery, my parcel was handled with great care?! Thankyou everyone!
This was the 1st time I used Spatial! It was simple to place and pay my order online, and I received my item first thing in the morning on the following day! Unfortunately I made a mistake and ordered the wrong model of vacuum cleaner and I had to return it, only because you didn’t have the one I wanted. The return occurred as simple as the order! One day for retuning and the day after, the refund had already been made! Not to mention the telephone assistance which was by also very nice and clear! So, a very serious and efficient company!
Ordered a new TCL TV through Spatial because they were offering a free soundbar and subwoofer to go with it whereas nobody else was. Took the plunge and ordered last Thursday, quickly updated to let me know delivery would be today and they'd provide a 3 hour time slot the day before. Was a little unsure if i would get the time slot with the bank holiday but it did come through. Courier rang an hour before arrival to make sure I'd be around. All round great service and I got a great deal. Will definately be using Spatial again.
