placed my order 4 weeks ago and still have not received, contacted CS and they send a temp set of contacts but not the brand i ordered. This is too long to wait for order. This is the first time i have purchased from Specsavers, disappointing first experience.
Specsavers Takapuna was great. Their secret ingredient is Maryan who has a perfect blend of easy customer service, style advice on what glasses suited me, and patience ! She found glasses for me that were magic and I ended up buying 2 pairs. Rachel
I went to Spec Savers and had amazing and informative service. All of the staff were friendly, courteous and professional. I am THRILLED with the result - to the point where I even added a pair of Sunglasses soon after realising how much better my NEW eyes were lol...
I tried the new IPL and light therapy for my irritated dry eyes and it was amazing I’m doing the full treatment and it didn’t hurt at allI’ve noticed I’m not rubbing my eyes as much and they don’t feel so dry and that’s after the first treatment and would definitely recommend this
