Fabulous, friendly and professional arrention to my needs by very approachable staff.Brilliant and very thorough eye test and scan, which gave me confidence that I was in safe hands.Comprehensive range of frames at all prices, and good advice on sellection of both frames and lens type .... added to the fact that parking was east and within easy walking distance to the store.Thank you all at Specsavers Oadby for looking after me.
I had glasses fitted twice without success. I've gone there for many years, but suddenly with all these new people working, I felt like their accuracy with my focal point in the lenses, and listening to my concerns were dismissed with their telling me to just try out my new lenses for a bit. I know Specsavers is affordable, but this sort of experience really makes me want to venture elsewhere.
Very efficient service, I left feeling confident in the eye examination and love my new glasses.The only reason for not being 5 stars was due to the wait time to be seen, despite having an appointment time.I will be going back for my next appointment though.
