Got a loan for 300$ had a mixup with work pay so my paycheck didn’t come out until 4:30 that day so I e-transfer the funds to them thinking it might of not went through. It’s now been 11 days with no refund from them. Not only that their customer service is a joke. I send 3 emails a day and get no response or update from them about the money I ever payed them. Not only that but now I have 90 in NSF fees because it’s not like 350$ is a small amount of money and I was not expecting to be short that. Very unprofessional and I personally won’t be using there services again. Honestly if I could give them zero stars I would.
