I have had great, fast service in the past. Definitely 5 star. However this past week not so much. I have had trouble logging in and trying to get help for a week now. Numerous emails, but no luck. Customer service has declined very quickly. Have no idea why.
Speedy Cash online is anything but speedy. I’ve been trying to get a loan for over two weeks, and the process has been a frustrating cycle of being asked for the same documents repeatedly. They claim that someone will call to confirm your information — that never happened. I tried calling them multiple times, both in the morning and afternoon, but all I got was a “we’re closed” message.The customer service is atrocious. The staff are rude, the emails are poorly written and unprofessional, and the entire operation feels completely mismanaged. The online dashboard shows documents to sign, but they won’t even load, making the whole system unreliable.Their website states that loans are processed within 30 minutes That’s a blatant lie. So after all that nonsense and wasted time I get email that my application was denied so I phoned waited 34minutes to talk to someone, some guy answered very rudely asked me some questions , then tells me my bank statements fraudulent. I’ve never even had a parking ticket. I would never do something so ridiculously stupid. I just needed some funds to pay for my cancer meds but instead be classified as a criminal . I couldn’t be more offended. So if you want to be classified as a criminal and have days to waste and endless patience, do yourself a favour and avoid Speedy Cash,

I have had numerous loans without any problems from this company until today .....they charged me my regular bimonthly payment and a random $450 dollar payment!!!! I have rent due and can't pay it now and can't get service because I got the loan online. They don't have a direct line and their live chat bubble is non existent so email is the only way and I haven't had a response and it's a Friday they're closed weekends and apparently take 24 to 48 hours to respond. SERVICE NONE but STEALING YES

I was told I was approved and I needed to go to a family funeral and then all of a sudden. Some summer girl told me. I was denied now which I do not think was right considering I was already told. I was approved for $500 and I got. My family and told them I would be coming to the funeral and now I can't go. So I think speedy cash is not a good company for approving somebody. And then getting their hopes up that they can actually make it their family funeral and then taken their hopes and dreams and just pull them away from under them.
