I have been a customer of Speedy Cash for an extended period and have consistently received exceptional service. My loan has been paid off, and I received email confirmation of this. However, when attempting to apply for a new loan, I encountered an issue where my online account displays an outstanding balance, yet no payment is indicated as due. I have reached out via email to seek clarification on this matter but have not yet received a response. If this situation is not resolved, I may need to reconsider my overall rating. I’ve been a customer of yours for 5+ years, and have had zero issues until this past few weeks. The new and improved system you’ve instituted is terrible, and from what I can glean from the customer service reps in your stores this is very common. 2 weeks ago I understood the learning curve and technological issues but this continues to happen, and I’m now incurring NSF fees as by this point my loan has already renewed and been deposited. I’m definitely not the only person who’s done with your company unless this gets fixed.

The website is trash and the customer service is non existant. I've been trying for 3 days to get a payday loan with no avail. I've emailed them 3 times today and called many more to finalize the loan but no one ever replies or answers the phone. The stupid website won't work. Everytime I press 'sign contract' it foes nothing. Very dissatisfied

ive been with them for years but this new updated website is not really good. i always pay full tru etransfer every ctb and before i have no issue but when they updated their site. i dont know anymore if i will use them. i told the lady i will pay full tru etrans and they said i cant on the 20th so she said the speedycash will have it automatic deducted on the 20th. until now still not deducting i have pending bills too that i need to pay today im still waiting for them to deduct it so i can do reloan and pay every bills. ive emailed them. tried to call them but its either closed or cant go through.id rather have icash from now on. simple and very easy website
