extremely challenging installation process that was not well communicated or documented. has taken me 4+ hours of going between spitfire audio app and kontact, running various tests and still not working. never had this much trouble downloading a VST

Your website is malfunctioning

Your website is malfunctioning: it assigns a random country and uses it for payment verification instead of the country configured in the user's account. This resulted in a checkout error and a freeze on my funds, unnecessarily delaying the transaction and causing frustration.

Really clean purchase and install especially for Plug-ins. I like it that you have products for both Kontakt and VST. It's nice to see your product in the sounds list of Fender Studio 8. I really like the affordability of the $29 products. I simply would not be able to afford the high priced products. I really like Spitfire. Really clean and well done products.
