I signed up for something for Walmart . It was a free boneless couch . Too good to be true I know , but the people in the comments all said they received it. So I signed up & it was a 9.99 charge . when I clicked the email it said I had signed up for this website I’ve never even heard of . So I get home and forget to call the site . Next thing I know it’s a 39.99 charge on my card . I called immediately. the lady I spoke to did a great job answering my questions and helping to fix the issue. I received the 39.99 back , but not the 9.99 and then I was was charged 6.99 for a cancellation fee that I didn’t agree to but it’s better than a membership I didn’t not sign up for . The MAN before her was so rude , he hung up in my face as well.

Charged me for a subscription I didn’t sign up for it’s a cool company just not what I signed up for at all

I did not know what the charge was that was being taken out on my account. I called their contact support and explained to them my issue. Without any hesitation the agent kindly resolved the issue. Now I'm just waiting on my full refund. My account is up under my yahoo account forgot I didn't use my Google email.

I misread terms didn't realize would be a monthly charge. I reached out to them and they canceled subscription and reimbursed my money with no hassle. Very pleased
