I made a purchase for the beats headphones for 9.99 and it took my money but then it took me back to the payment page to make another purchase of 9.99 so I figured all of this is a scam and I would like my refund Because I will continue to try to get through to somebody

Tried buying a $10 xbox off of Facebook. Never got an email regarding the Xbox and now 3 days later I have been charged again and I never clicked anything? I would like to cancel everything and not be charged anymore for nothing

I was not told about a weekly subscription plan when I bought a product from a Facebook add. Once I learned of the subscription plan I was signed up they were very responsive in canceling my subscription.
