Never ordering here again! Horrible experience. The helpdesk isn't helpful at all. They ask a lot of info (they do not need) only tot tell you they can't help without the tracking number. When you get the tracking number and give it tot them, they tell you that you have to wait until they receive the package before they can do anything. Only to get a message a couple of days later that they were unable to get the package from the courier and I have to send it back myself. A complete waste of time!
I ordered some boots from sports direct 2 weeks ago for next day delivery and the haven’t turned up I have been In touch with sports direct and they just keep saying there looking into it all I won’t now is my money back and they won’t even give that back to me I feel like I have been robbed. No boots and I’m out of pocket by a lot of money. I would avoid this company at all costs
