Garbage sportner

Service went out during world series. Tried to connect through prime sportsnet and it charged 30 bucks when I already have a subscriptionThe fact that your service isnt working during the most important game in 3+ DECADES is wild. The fact that it can still process a payment within 2 milliseconds of clicking on the button through prime but now has taken an hour on the phone to try and reverse is garbage and scummy. Honestly the worst of the worst business practices and if our country had half the balls that EU legislation had you wouldn't make a single cent

NHL is imposing restrictions on what you can watch from where but Sportsnet is making things even more unclear not telling you you will have access to about only 1/3 of the games of one team

Is Sportsnet a honest broker?

I subscribe to this service from Sept to June every year for the NHL hockey games, I only watch the Maple Leaf games, so the Standard Subscription is all I need. Every year when I resume my Standard subscription, I end up getting and being charged for the premium. The subscription selection on the Sportsnet is very large, it is impossible to have an errant mouse click and end up with the wrong subscription. I'm thinking Sportsnet tries to grift their customers.
