NO STOCK, NO REFUND, NO WORK! SPRAYDIRECT!

I had a large job booked in for next week but I needed 2 dustless sanders to complete it.I ordered them and a few other items from SPRAYDIRECT and this came to the sum of £806. I received a message the next day stating that they don't have the stock and will not have it for 2-3 weeks and then it will be dispatched to me.I told them there is noway I can wait this long and to let me know what items they don't have in stock so I could purchase elsewhere.They did NOT do this and issued me a full refund with no explanation.When I asked for a explanation they said it was because a MAJORITY or my order was out of stock even though I specifically asked what items it was.They told me my refund would take 3-5 working days but usually takes 2 days, 6 working days later and STILL NO REFUND! PayPal stated that it is because SPRAYDIRECT refunded me using a Echeque!I could potentially lose this job/money because of this company (SPRAYDIRECT) when It could of been avoided by simply stating that they was out of stock on there webpage like all other sites do.SPRAYDIRECT'S NEGLIGENCE COULD POTENTIALLY COST ME £4-5k.DISGRACEFUL!!
