Great interface, easy instructions, easy to set up, but: I click on "Live Support" but get - nothing. I cannot find support anywhere.Update 12/19/2024I have been in contact with support for a number of days while they walked me through the on-ramp process. Great support now that I found it! I wish there would be a "contact us" link somewhere on the site (unless I'm just missing it) I upgrade my review to 4 stars.
I needed help making a wire transfer and Ley was amazing! Very responsive and helped make a stressful situation much easier. The chat function on their website is excellent for getting help and is the way I would recommend to get in touch with Support. Ley and team helped me through the process over a series of days and was always cheerful and followed up to see if I had any more questions. Once everything was sorted, the actual process was simple, quick, and straightforward. You will not be disappointed!
Was fine up until this November, don’t put money on there or it’ll be trapped without any ability to offload into a VCC or other institutions that were once compatible. Their customer service is now shot, and they don’t really help at any convenience. They’ve lost my trust and I can’t see this platform as a reliable to trust any transfers or transactions
Spritz finance has historically executed their crypto off ramp successfully but in the last 24 hours has gone dark. Poor and misleading communication, lack of transparency and money “ in progress” , meaning transfers to bank accounts that should take less then an hour haven’t been completed in 24 hours.There updates are few and far between, and incorrect.They say their engineers are aware of problems but they don’t say what problems are.Looks like they are hiding a hack and not disclosing it to clients.Find another off ramp vehicle.
