“Live” support is absolutely terrible. Unacceptable when you are dealing with people’s money.I have had $2800 I can not access for almost a week now and “live” support is an absolute joke.They have blocked my card due to some unauthorized charges, which Is fine. However they did not tell me, let me load the card, and proceeded to not answer for days on end. I STILL have not been able to get them to unblock the card just so I can move my money out of spritz.I have typically had a good experience with them and transacted a lot of volume. But this experience right here I will probably never use them again.*update*Updated to 4* for working with me to resolve the issue, I am keeping it from 5 stars just based on no 24/7 live support, there really should be access to a human at any time for any problem when dealing with peoples finances.Get it together.
So far Spritz's communication and responses to my questions have been prompt and as detailed as they could be...I ask many questions, and some features simply haven't been rolled out yet. However, the speed at2975 which updates/updates and features have been truly impressive.
I have been using Spritz finance a few times now and I can say they are RELIABLE and trustworthy. Deposits to my account have been reflected in no later than 3 business days. Also, their support team is pretty responsive and helpful if you have any questions. Recommend it a 100% to off-ramp crypto.
Used the online chat. Support staff quickly jumped on my inquiry about a payment that was stuck in "pending" mode for a few days. They diagnosed and resolved the issue in just a few minutes. I was impressed my issue was taken care of with a single chat interaction. Happy customer.
I can absolutly agree with huge amount of spritz users that this is 100% scam service. I will write in short my experiance with this scammers.So i registered about year ago. I bought crypto using their service for more than 100$ and as a recipient wallet i chose my wallet in binance exchange. Binance blocked this transaction and i had to wait almost month for them to pass this transaction, because they wrote me that this payment comes from wallet which was used in scam activities... I refered few friends (about 7-8) and i should recieve 25$ for each of them if they will buy more than 100$ crypto using their platform. My friends done it and after i think month i received referral rewards to my spritz account. I tried to pay out my referral rewards using their card because it was the only way but card was declined everywhere. I contacted support and they wrote me that they will fix it but they didn't. After about 1-2 weeks they blocked my account for no reason. I asked their support what is happening they wrote the same coppy paste message as i saw online received many users that they think there was fraudelent activity in my account and they will check it. From curiosity i checked now if my account is unblocked but after the year nothing changed. I asked them to give me any proof that i used spritz to any fraudulent behaviour and they replied that they won't do this, and then just sending me the same copy paste message.This is information which i see since more than year after log in to my account "HODL UPHi, your account is temporarily disabled as a precaution against fraud, but your funds are completely safe.If you think this was a mistake, you can contact support or use the in-app chat below. Thanks for understanding." ... This platform is absolute jokeSo to sum up:- i waited month to my crypto because they send it from wallet which was used in fraudulent activity (binance support wrote me that)- They stolen all my funds from wallet- They blocked my account without any reason which can be confirmed - Year later nothing changeGuys don't ever use this scam platform unless you want to lose money
