Review Time
I was surprised how quickly the wall sconces were made and how quickly they shipped. The only snag was not knowing the exact date and time it was arriving. Fortunately we were nearby because UPS needed to collect the tarriff and it needed to be paid by check. Certainly not Spry’s fault, but Trump’s tariffs ARE being paid by the consumer. Looking forward to the delivery of my bathroom vanity next.
We received our cat tree yesterday, and we LOVE it! It was very easy to assemble, it looks great, and is such a beautiful and unique addition to our home. Our cats love it too. They have already claimed it for themselves. LOL! The ordering process was very simple, and easy, and SpryInterior was great to work with. I’m sure we’ll be ordering from them again in the future.
We ordered a corner shelf that looked beautiful and natural on the website. They sent a couple photos along the way and I had a feeling it wasn't going to be good but second guessed myself and thought I probably just needed to trust the process.Nope. We got an item that is light and hollow feeling, thin and the natural live edge look that had a dark almost bark look on the website looks completely unnatural and manufactured. The "curves" are 100% symmetrical (not organic) and rounded on the sides. It looks like something I could buy at home goods not a custom item that was over $300. I emailed them with concerns and asked for an exchange, I didn't ask for my money back and was still told no. They don't stand behind their work and don't care about customer satisfaction once they have your money. We were so excited to get a custom high quality item that would last a lifetime and now we have a wasted $300 good will donation. It's also very shady that the website is set up with a New Jersey address seeming like a local hand made item but yet it ships in from Vietnam... Don't waste your money.
This company has been hell to work with. I paid them over $2600 for the tree bookshelf and after waiting over a month for the product, it arrived in a broken busted open box, damaged, and COVERED IN MOLD. The entire product was moldy. I had to fight them for my money back as they said they didn’t have any money to refund me. I waited a few days and they didn’t say anything else or reach back out. But when I opened a case through etsy (which they go by SteinArtGallery on there - weird and shady), they immediately gave me a refund and cancelled my order so I couldn’t write a review. They still owe me $500 and I paid that through their website not Etsy and we are back to square one with them saying “they’re working on it.” It’s been another day and no refund. This is an untrustworthy business. Stay far away from these people.
I received our hall table and much to my surprise, it is badly damaged in places, plus we had to put it together and this is not a simple assembly. THEY DON'T TELL YOU IT's MAJOR ASSEMBLY AND YOU SHOULD HIRE SOMEONE TO DO IT. Huge visible screw holes, unstable, just a major disappointment. I paid several thousand plus $200 worth of tariffs to UPS. The wood is wet when you unpackage it and has a terrible smell, so you need to let it dry out for a few days, then you start putting it together. Electric drills, levels, and various other tools. The wood is extremely soft, so you can't make any mistakes. Would never purchase from them again.
It's a scam. I paid over $1600 for a custom made coffee table. They even sent pictures of the process while they were making it. Once they shipped it, I was contacted by UPS to make a payment for it to clear customs since it was shipping from Southeast Asia. I opened the package when it arrived and it was a piece of mirrored glass - not a custom made wood coffee table.
Communication was outstanding. Kept in the loop about item as it progressed and also approval of final product before it was shipped. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, pics show what seems as a glossy shine finish, and mine came matte and I had to do the waterproofing, sealing, etc. Was a lot disappointed in that.
