I haven't received my floating shelf as of yet- so this would be based on the order to the shipping verification only. The communication has been positive. The shared steps , showing my my piece in all stages. The response to e mails. I am very pleased and at this moment, I believe I will be a life long customer.
The bench that was delivered is very plain as compared to the one pictured on the website. The back boards on my bench are straight cut wood planks with 90 degree edges and sanded flush surfaces. The one on the website has live edges and deeply grooved wood grain surface finish giving the bench much more character. Also the base is way too narrow and too low with the bench nearly falling over each time you go to get off. I has to custom mill an extension to raise and stabilize it. Very expensive bench for what I ended up with.
Spry Interior is the real deal. Beautiful, artistic work which reflects the wonder of nature while exhibiting pure class. Fantastic service, great communications, super flexible and patient. Always focused on satisfying the customer. Don't let the price frighten you - worth every penny.
I have been trying to order a custom product for a not cheap price tag from this company for over a month and cannot get someone on the phone that can speak English! I have tried emailing (even using Google translate to Vietnamese) and i still can’t get clear answers! I can’t tell if this is a real company or not! I am asking simple questions like measurement questions and all the only thing they want to answer was the question about the cost for the custom job! I have asked to speak to someone who speaks English and i got a call from a number in Vietnam and i was never able to find a US number anywhere. I keep reading reviews about their communication and i can’t get someone to get on a call with me to answer questions and when i do get an email answer, it’s only covers one topic….the cost! No mention ever of constant communication throughout the process (even when i mentioned i am hesitant with the large price tag and not being able to speak to someone who speaks English and can communicate with me about my order)! I love their pictures but am suspect of these reviews based on my experience! Update 7/8/25: I recieved an email based on this review that expressed their desire to work with me to make sure to get my questions answered. I will update my review based on my experience with this final attempt to get something built. Update 7/17/25: I have now been able to communicate with someone and the process has gone MUCH better! I have been communicating with Loc now and he is very responsive and able to incorporate my requests into the custom piece. We have decided to move forward and will update the review once again after I get the product.
I am more than happy with the service and final product I received from Spry. They kept me updated every step of the way, answered questions, sent pictures, and even gave me extra time when I was busy. I recommend them to anyone looking to add a classy touch to their space!
We purchased two sets. That are absolutely beautiful in the house. I don’t know what I was expecting , but I didn’t really expect them to be this nice or the look of the living room change so much. The shipping and packaging was immaculate. Arrived in a solid wood book to avoid damage. Absolutely amazing buying experience.
My overall experience with ordering and delivery was very smooth, and I was excited when the shelves arrived — they look great out of the box. Unfortunately, the mounting hardware is a major letdown. The cutouts in the shelf backings are rough and poorly executed, and the included hardware simply isn’t strong enough to support the shelves, let alone any additional weight. Once mounted, the shelves sag noticeably. I’ll now need to add visible L-brackets to keep them stable, which defeats the entire point of buying "floating" shelves. It’s disappointing, as the product had so much potential. I hope the company considers improving the mounting system, because the design and finish deserve better support.
The end product was better than I imagined! It is exactly what I asked for, perfect for my bathroom project, and absolutely gorgeous! I have to admit I was nervous about ordering from this company because when I did a search, the trust rating was low (I think maybe because it is a fairly new company). I searched my email everyday for communication about my order. They definitely did not disappoint! They constantly updated me on the status and sent progress pictures of my product to ensure I would be satisfied with the piece, color, etc and offered modifications if I wanted them to change anything! I would highly recommend and I will be purchasing again in the future.
