This is terrible I’m super disappointed don’t buy from them!!!! I bought 3 squishys for $50 and I bought them months ago and never arrived. When I bought they didn’t give me a tracking number and I never even got an email. I texted them for days on their quote on quote “chat” which doesnt even work because no one replies and I emailed them and never got a response either. BTW I FOUND OUT all the squishys are on SHEIN for way cheaper they are just resellers. GOODBYE I’m pissed.

Squishy broke within first hour of use

Squishy broke within first hour of use. Seller not replying to messages. Edited to say: Seller replied in the end and offered a replacement, so hopefully this one will be fine.It is now 3rd March and I have chased the seller up for the replacement on 28th February and I have heard nothing from them!

Extremely disappointed as 2 out of 2…

Extremely disappointed as 2 out of 2 products broke within a few hours play. Delivery was efficient and I was very pleased with products on arrival. Boxed nicely and lovely gift. Items were lovely but unfortunately it was short lived as they broke very quickly leaving my daughter very disappointed. £25 wasted.

Received a damaged item, never got a refund

I ordered a sand stress ball for my daughter, it came damaged, all the dust inside came out. The package itself was crushed, they should have plan for a protection of the ball. I wrote an email to the company for a refund and they never replied

I placed an order on November 17th and have yet to receive it. Tracking information indicates the item has not yet shipped internationally. This was intended as a birthday gift for the 30th, and the lack of responsiveness and disregard for delivery timelines is unacceptable. I would not ecommend ordering from this company and will defenetly not be ordering from them again. So disappointing
