I ordered 1 Roosevelt Flagpole unit. Got charged for 2 units. Contacted them within minutes of the error. They refused to issue refund. Ask them why. No response. That is not the American way. Now they have sent me 2 units.

Received pole and upgraded solar LED light Sep 3rd. Installed Oct. 18 per the directions provided. 1st windy day (15-25 mph winds) the ball shot off the top of the LED setup. Upon further examination it appears worn/warped and not able to be re-set. When I reported this to customer service was told they only cover 'manufacturer defects' for the first 30 days. Definitely not sufficient enough to suggest a quality product. Very disappointing.
Ordered a stand flag pole from them. I received it, opened it and right away I contacted them for return. It is the top of the line they say on the website. Not, it's like a telescoping TIN can. I sent several emails explaining the RMA return page they hade didn't work. Finally received a email response that said it's working now so I submitted. Then still no RMA, I got another email asking me to fill out the same stuff, that I already did on their site. So I filled it out again, letting them know I just didn't like the quality when I opened it. Then I finally got another email saying they needed photos of it boxed back up??? What in the world, I didn't even do anything with it except look at it. OK sent photos. Now it's gone cricket silence . No chat to emails NO RMA. DO NOT BUY. I should have known, it looked way too good to be good!!!!

Fair product with terrible customer support. Impossible to talk with somebody on warranty or part issues. After a weeks worth of emails back a forth to make right a situation (that they agreed need fixing) we quit trying to get the 1 pin mailed out to us and I made the repair on our own being handy. Take your business else where is my recommendation as a firefighter with a general contractors license. Too many other good companies deserve your business. You guys failed.
