During my application process, I had some questions about the quality requirements for document verification. I appreciated that the website provided an FAQ section, which helped me quickly find the answers. Just a tip: make sure the documents you submit are clear and in color.
I picked STARTRADER mainly because they’re a regulated broker, and that matters to me. After 10 months, I can say it’s been a reliable platform. Just a bit disappointed that crypto trading isn’t available. If they add it, I believe more and more people will come.
I have a problem with withdraval. I have deposited my funds via credit card payment. When I try to withdraw, I see a different card number as the only way to withdraw. This is not my card and not the card I deposited with. I have already withdrawn 50EUR with this method and did not receive the money.In the application it is not possible to open a ticket.In the application client service chat I get obviously fraudalent answers.Client service does not answer to emails.Seems to be a complete scam.
I’d like to give emphasis on a DOM tool. It’s an essential resource for those who want a deeper understanding of market dynamics and is available on MT5. Though it’s helpful, not many people know it, which is why I wrote this review to share with you guys. Hope it helps.
I had only a 0.1 lot trade open in my swap-free account, and suddenly $16.24 was deducted as an “administration fee” without any clear reason. When I contacted support, their answers were vague, inconsistent, and made no real sense. I ran the same trade with other brokers and was charged about $1 total — including swap and commission. This kind of charge is completely unjustified and feels like daylight robbery. There’s no transparency, no fairness, and no accountability. I absolutely do not recommend this broker to anyone.
