My account number is 14832587, Startrader terminate my account and holds my profit, I have made profit in gold because every trader knows golds jumps up, at the time of withdraw they are asking ''Your account was flagged for engaging in trading activities that exhibited patterns associated with arbitrage and scalping strategies''. I have downloaded my account history, I will share here I my issue not resolved.
If I could give negative stars I really would. It has been 3 weeks since I have tried to create a live ECN account and been declined 5 times. Spoken to the team on 5 different occasions and it still hasn't been resolved. I am surprised people are actually saying that the customer service is good. My apparent 'Account Manager' still hasn't gotten back to me.
