Not happy with this broker. Firstly, without warning they had amended my leverage. No consulting with the client beforehand whatsoever. The bigger issue comes in, that because of this, my trading was blocked for close to 5 hours, especially since I was watching for the right window to enter a trade. Their customer service is absolutely shocking, took them more than two days just to respond with a generic email requesting account name, number, relevant screenshots… which were already included in the initial email sent. This tells you that they are not customer centric. And then upon withdrawing funds, what should take maximum 10min on the selected blockchain, has taken over 60 hours. Update: they have now on two separate occasions, deleted my support ticket that I created requesting assistance as to find out why my funds are not being sent to me. The first time the ticket just disappeared, and now this time it’s marked as ‘solved’ when I still don’t have my funds and the status on the transaction is still ‘processing’. Finally, after a long strenuous exercise, they have paid out. I have amended my complaint but the issues that still apply will remain here.
Avoid this broker, they allowed scammers Aman Natt and Daniel Knight to steal thousands of pounds of people's money via a Pamm account where they hedged trades and only closed the winning trade to secure a profit split. When asking the broker to help they ignored all communication. Also one of there account managers was involved in setting it all up and was apart of the scam.
Hello guys I’ve traded on Startrader for a month and I decided to withdraw my money amount $1522 so I placed a withdrawal request yesterday and today they sent me an email that my withdrawal is rejected. Such a bad broker this is all my deposited money and now they don’t want me to withdraw it. Please think before you trust Startrader. My account number is : 16173845
I deposited 350 euro into my trading account, within the first week of trading I made 155 euro profit, but the broker commission was 275 euro. Why would anyone use this broker? I logged queries on two different occasions, both times they promised feedback which never happened.
Trading has been good with STARTRADER. I like the features, and the platform is easy to use. That said, spreads on things like gold are a bit wide in my opinion. If they improve that, I’d have no problem giving them a full 5 stars.
