I trusted the bot to do it's thing as promised and it did ok for a week. Then there apparently was a correction in the market as per the contact. They posted that the bot caught this and corrected, but this was not the case. I lost everything and when I asked what they were going to do about it, they said that they understand my disappointment. That is not good enough for me! I have back up of all of my claims and unfortunately it appears that the posting is too complimentary for what I have experienced. It feels like their claims and posting is rather false. I say stay away from these guys, very poor product and follow up.

My first withdrawal was processed quickly without any issues, which gave me a lot of confidence in the platform. I’m currently waiting for my second withdrawal. It is taking a bit more time, but I understand that bigger amounts can take a bit longer to verify and process. So far, the overall experience has been great, and I appreciate the transparency and support from their team.
