Great app for finding places to store luggage wherever you are. Have used it in London several times. Easy to use, reliable and lita of choice of places - shops, hotels etc that will store your luggage at a very good price.
Firstly the website/app is easy to use and will find a suitable location to leave luggage at reasonable cost - much cheaper than railway stations or airport left luggage. All the storage locations I have used have been excellent. Very good staff and easy to find.
Who wants to haul bags on the last day of their trip, particularly in heavy rain? We certainly didn't, so we opted for a convenient service. While we still got a bit wet, we didn't have to struggle with our luggage. It was simple to use, reasonably priced, and I highly recommend it.
If everything goes smoothly, it might be fine. Unfortunately, my suitcase was stolen in London. The staff provided no help, and when I contacted the service, I was only directed to a claims form. I had to involve the authorities. After submitting my claim, my follow-up emails have gone unanswered. I would strongly recommend avoiding this service.
When I realized we couldn't bring backpacks to a concert in Warsaw, I searched for luggage lockers and found this app - what a lifesaver! We booked to leave our bags at a nearby hostel and collected them around midnight. The deposit was easy, and the hostel provided tags and a secure cupboard. Excellent service at a great price. I'm thrilled I discovered this, as it simplifies luggage handling for late-night travel.
I was unaware of this app until a friend introduced me to it, and it’s fantastic. I was headed to the theatre and didn’t have time to drop off my work backpack. The staff at the drop-off location were efficient and very helpful. I will definitely use it again.
